Inside each mode
Modes are the first cut. Inside each mode, Dilly recognizes contextual moments — laid off, returning to work after kids, switching from trades to white collar, waiting on a visa — and shows a home screen tuned to that reality. Your data drives it; you do not have to ask.
If you change your career status in Settings, Dilly does not just flip a flag. A full-screen mode-switch screen with the Dilly mascot reads the moment first, then changes the app around you. We are not going to greet a layoff the same way we greet a new role.
Switching to Holder gets a different beat: "Congratulations on the new role." Each path collects what it actually needs (new role, new company) before the app reskins. Then it disappears, and you are in the right Dilly for the right week.
