Why Dilly exists.

What Dilly is not.

Dilly is not a resume editor. It's a profile-first system. The resume is one of three outputs (along with the field read and the fit read), not the product.

Dilly does not assign you a score. Scores compress real situations into a number that hides what you should actually do. Dilly gives you a narrative read instead: Ready, Almost, or Gap, plus the specific thing to fix.

Who builds it.

Dilly was founded in 2026 by Dilan Kochhar, a Data Science student at the University of Tampa. Dilly was started and built from a dorm room. The mission was simple: build the career tool a student in 2026 actually needs, not the one career-services tooling vendors are still selling.
