About

keeping humans ahead of ai.

Dilly is an AI-native career execution platform for verified college students. It turns workforce automation anxiety into a daily, verifiable competitive advantage. Not a report you open once. A Daily Execution Workbench you return to every day.

Why Dilly exists.

The career advice that worked five years ago is breaking. AI is rewriting which entry-level tasks have value, and college career centers can't keep up. A student today gets about six minutes of advisor time per year.

Most tools fall into the one-and-done diagnostic trap: generic tips that ignore real coursework, projects, and stack, or a wall of text you read once and abandon. That is not enough to stay ahead while your field is rewritten under you.

Dilly is the daily system students need. A Context Grid of who you are. A Daily Execution Workbench with one high-priority ~3-minute interactive move each day. A Living Proof Ledger that compounds into exportable artifacts. Free to start. Honest by default. Built B2C, with parent-sponsored checkout.

"Dilly does not stop at telling you where you fall behind. It gives you the Daily Execution Engine to stay ahead."

The execution engine.

Context Grid. Dilly learns who you are via the Context Grid: skills, projects, goals. Tap a tile and it calibrates today's move. Every recommendation from Home, Scout, Forecast, and Craft references your real experience.

Daily Execution Workbench. 3-minute interactive moves that test your real-world judgment and keep you ahead of AI. Micro-sandboxes in-app so you practice where human judgment still beats automation.

Living Proof Ledger. Don't just list skills on a document. Log verified links, code deployments, and audit wins that prove your human edge to employers. Craft exports are a byproduct of proof you logged. Nothing invented.

What Dilly is not.

Dilly is not a resume editor. Craft is a byproduct of the Living Proof Ledger. The product is daily career execution: Context Grid, Interactive Workbench, and verified artifacts.

Dilly is not a career roadmap. No static flowchart. No one-and-done quiz. Dilly is built for the streak: show up, execute, bank proof, come back tomorrow.

Dilly does not invent. Every word on a resume traces to a real fact in your Context Grid. The Living Proof Ledger enforces it. No hallucinated skills, no fabricated bullets.

Who builds it.

Dilly was founded in 2026 by Dilan Kochhar, a Data Science student at the University of Tampa. Started and built from a dorm room. The mission was simple: keeping humans ahead of AI, with the career execution platform a student in 2026 actually needs, not another brochure of generic tips.

What our users say

Real students. Real results. How they stayed ahead of AI.

For two years I was grinding on the exact things AI was about to make worthless. Dilly read my field, showed me what was about to be automated and what was still mine, and gave me one thing to switch to.

I checked a Wall Street internship against what I'd already built. Dilly told me exactly what was missing that would've gotten me cut. Three days later I had the interview.

Savannah K.
Savannah K.Finance · University of Tampa '28

My resume used to read like every other one. Dilly built a new one from the actual things I'd done, not from filler. I sent it to three places and two wrote back.

The monthly field read is the only career email I actually open. It tells me where AI is catching up in analytics and the one skill to build next.

Maya R.
Maya R.Data Science · Georgia Tech '26

Scout saved me from applying to twenty roles blind. I point it at one posting and it tells me what's strong against my profile, what's missing, and exactly what to fix.

Diego M.
Diego M.Economics · University of Florida '28

I stopped guessing. Forecast showed me which parts of junior design work are getting automated and which parts are still mine to own.

Priya S.
Priya S.Design · RISD '27

One profile, everything reads from it. I filled it out once and every resume Craft writes traces back to something real I actually did.

Ethan L.
Ethan L.Mechanical Engineering · Purdue '26

My career center gave me six minutes a year. Dilly gives me a live read on my field every month.

Noor A.
Noor A.Public Health · UCLA '27

Verified my .edu, went visible to recruiters, and had a coffee chat booked within two weeks. The student price makes it a no-brainer.

Chris T.
Chris T.Business · University of Tampa '28

I thought consulting recruiting was pure luck. Dilly mapped the case skills I was missing and gave me a week-by-week plan. I made it to final round.

Leila H.
Leila H.International Relations · Georgetown '27

Chat answered the career questions I was too embarrassed to ask anyone else. Specific, honest, and grounded in my actual transcript.

Omar F.
Omar F.Biology · University of Michigan '26

The Home feed stopped me from doomscrolling LinkedIn. A few clear next moves a day that actually moved my applications forward.

Grace W.
Grace W.Communications · USC '28

I was building the wrong side projects. Forecast told me what hiring managers in product still care about when AI can ship a prototype overnight.

Marcus J.
Marcus J.Product Design · Carnegie Mellon '27

Craft turned my lab notes into a resume that sounded like me, not a template. A PI asked who wrote it for me. I said Dilly helped.

Aisha B.
Aisha B.Biomedical Engineering · Johns Hopkins '26

Went from zero recruiter replies to three screens in a month. Same major, same GPA. The difference was a profile that finally made sense of me.
